You're just going to have to do some electrical testing during the failure. It could be a starter problem, neutral safety switch or a connection issue anywhere in between.

You see it’s hard for us to know what your capabilities and comfort level is while working under the hood of you vehicle; so be honest and tell us.
Things like, do we need to show you a picture of a starter relay or do you know what and where this is on you vehicle?
Now if you’re willing to get down and dirty, follow our instructions and pick up a few basic tools; we’d/ I’d be happy to walk you through the tests and hopefully the repair?
Just remember we’re not there with you; which means you have to be very clear in what you have or have not done, while trying to repair this issue. Your post above gives us very little to go on; because there are a number of things that can cause this very same issue.

One last thing; be patient with us; this is not our full time job; we come here for the fun of helping people who want to help themselves.

Im very good under the hood. I know what everything is and i have pretty much all the tools to over haul the whole car....I just have not had this problem happen before....Ive tested the electrical.. I have power going to the starter solenoid, but nothing to the starter. but i can start the car when i jump the starter solenoid. then after i turned the car off and it fired right up....but then again this morning it would not start again till i repeated the process then turned the car off and it fired up again...

Are you jumping the solenoid by applying power to the primary terminal (green red wire terminal) or with booster cable to the far side of the solenoid; the cable going to the starter?
The next time it doesn’t start get your test light connected to ground and the probe to the green red wire at the solenoid. With the ignition switch turned to the start position the test light should light.
This will tell us whether the issue is primary or secondary side of the solenoid circuit?
