The horn assembly has completely come off the steering wheel of my 1991 chevy cavalier. Could someone give some advice on how to repair it?? The spring is attached to the assembly. Or could someone tell me what is a reasonable quote to have it repaired. Thanks Les

In general - the outer parts should be available used. You can get a paint for any vinly/plastic that does work, and if you go used or new you probably would have to paint/dye it anyway. It will be hard to match if that's the case but just go for black or gray - it would fit the interior color. If you have pulled the wheel and found a problem there are aftermarket parts for that car at many parts stores. If you need to (I really don't know what spring you are dealing with) go to a dealer and they will have on screen a drawinging with part #'s that you can point to what you need. Good luck with the fix,
