When ignition switch is in start position no power to exciter wire at starter solenoid. This is a manual transmission vehicle is there a start inhibitor switch? I just bought this vehicle yesterday.

Yes, it has one in position #14 of the fuse box. The wiring diagram is about impossible to follow but I suspect the clutch switch supplies trigger ground to the relay. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.

Under the dash at the clutch pedal where they all are. F194 Clutch Pedal Position (CPP) Switch - On clutch pedal bracket, above clutch vacuum vent valve switch F36

Then maybe it was removed but that's where it was. The wiring should be there somewhere.
