"1996 Olds won't start"

96 olds ciera 3.1 V6 200,000 miles. Put new wires, plugs, and coils engine will start but it just sputters and cough or backfires through carburetor. Put new air and fuel filters. Clean the idle air control valve air passages and the throttle body bore and throttle plate. Check the output voltage of the MAP Sensor, and of the TPS (Throttle Position Sensor) everything was good. Took off the intake manifold and injectors. Three intakes and 3 injectors were full of gas. What causes the injectors and intakes too be full of gas?

jcdc; Check the resistance on all of the injectors. Are there any trouble codes stored? Have run into a few of these that had injector harness problems, but let's start off with the resistance readings. Post them and we can go from there.
