my abs light is on i had it hooked up to a snapon tester and it said abs module not responding. so i decided to order a abs module off of ebay. i figured i would just swap it out. i just wanted to know if anyone had any advise for other problems that could cause the abs light to come on. i have changed the vehicle speed sensor. i havent checked the wheel speed sensors but i figured i would swap this out first.

Sometimes rust or particles from brakes screw up the sensors at the wheels and compressed air is probably best to clean them out. Know that while the warning light is on you are simply back to regular braking which is the default of the system, T
