On the serpentine belt tensioner pully, there's a small piece that attaches the adjustment bolt to the pulley. The problem is, mine has a broken bolt lodged in it, and no matter what I try, I can't get the darned thing out. I was wondering what that thing is called so I can buy another one. I drew up a little picture of it.

That would be the belt tensioner. The broken bolt is used to draw the alternator tighter once the pinch bolt is loosened. Just ask for a new tensioner. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.
