This is just a wild guess but both the cooling fan relay and the fuel pump relay are housed in the CCRM (Constant Control Relay Module). That seems to be the only common denominator to those 2 problems. It's located behind the right headlamp. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.
