Ok, so I have a 1998 Ford Mustang V6. I bought this car from my brother, and here's the deal. A while back he backed into an SUV and other than messing up the back end, it seems to have messed up the alarm/electronical unlocking system or something. I'm just going to say I don't really know anything about cars, I'm just kinda looking for a diagnosis on this. Anyway, after this happened, when you press the unlock on the remote it unlocks the passenger door but it does not unlock the driver's door. After this you have to unlock the driver's side door with the key. If you go straight to unlocking the driver's side door with the key and don't unlock it with the remote beforehand, the alarm will go off. Also the past few days it has become really difficult to unlock the driver's side door with the key, I have to jiggle it a bunch to get it to unlock. I'm thinking this is unrelated though, and it probably just needs some WD-40 sprayed in it(it hasn't been cold enough lately for it to be frozen). Any idea on what will need to be done to get this fixed? Thanks for any help!

Guess as it involves collision damage: Are the seams/gaps around driver's door even? If impact was enough it could have put stress on lock mechanisms, T
