i have a friend with a 98 cherokee that won't start-has no spark-has no power at cam sensor,crank sensor and coil connectors.no fuel present at fuel rail either-i checked all grounds including strap at back of head to firewall-all appear ok.swapped asd relay with known good one-no change.vehicle was starting fine-it sat parked for 2 months-battery went dead-put in a different battery now this-traced wiring -appears ok....i was told that it would be a crank sensor even if there is no electrical power present at connector?????is this true....part is about $90.bucks-hate to buy if its not the problem....also tried disconecting cranks sensor harness and reconnecting-no change...
anybody have any ideas???
