Have a 1999 Ml 430 that 99% of the time runs fine until some point after engine warms up. Then it start missing. The miss is isolated to the number 4 cyl. We have replaced coil, plugs and wires. Sometimes it will start missing after only a few minutes while others it can run for an hour before starting the miss. Almost every morning when car has sit over night it does not miss until after warm up. Any one ran into this before?

You could have an injector over-fueling. Need to get an exhaust analyzer involved to see if you have excessive CO and/or HC when this is happening. A cold engine can 'handle' the extra fuel from an over zealous injector. A warm engine can't. Just a thought.
