Possible faulty Vehicle Speed Sensor or circuit. The only other correlation between the instrument cluster and these systems could be in the communications circuitry. All of the modules talk to each other through data lines, if one computer is not talking to the others, the best soulution would be to take it to a shop. These circuits are complex and best be handled by experienced techs. Usually with the brake and ABS lights on at the same time it may be a system power problem. Check the ABS fuse or relay. If OK, voltage checks need to be done. Steve
