2000 Hyundai Elantra noise Sign In

I have a 2000 Elantra with almost 90k miles and there's this strange noise that comes from the engine compartment that's very noticeable when the engine's cold. It's a very hard noise to describe, it sounds kind of like a vibration/squeak/rattle that seems to be coming from the passenger side. When I rev the engine, I hear the sound as the rev's go down and when driving, I hear the sound when braking and going over bumps. Aside from the sound though, the car drives fine. I know that my oil pan's rusted and that I need a thermostat flush if it could be related to either of those. I'll try and get a video with the sound in it later once my car gets cool again. Any ideas what it could be and if I should worry?

Any time your car is making noise that it shouldnt it is telling you something is wrong. If you should worry? Don't know-try to get that recording and we will do our best. Dose it make the noise when you are not moving but rev the engine?

it makes the noise more when the engine is cold but it makes it more when it's moving.
