Is the fluid level low or is it foamy? Make sure the PS belt is tight? Since we volunteer our time and knowledge, we ask for you to please follow up when a problem is resolved.

did you replace the pump on this or did you replace the steering rack? What were the symptoms prior to working on it? This is the bleeding procedure. Print - Before servicing the vehicle, refer to the Precautions Section.
- Fill the power steering system with the proper grade and type steering fluid.
NOTE Do not allow the fluid level in the reservoir tank to go below the MIN level line. Check and add fluid as needed.
- Raise and safely support the vehicle.
- Quickly turn the steering wheel to the full right and left detents and lightly touch the steering stoppers.
NOTE Do not hold the steering wheel in the locked position for more than ten seconds.
- Repeat this operation until the fluid level no longer decreases.
- Start the engine.
- Quickly turn the steering wheel to the full right and left detents and lightly touch the steering stoppers.
NOTE Do not hold the steering wheel in the locked position for more than ten seconds.
- Check for air bubbles or cloudy fluid. If found, repeat the bleeding procedure.
- Stop the engine and check the fluid level. Correct as required.
Did you turn this lock to lock without the engine running first?

Of course it would. The pump isn't even circulating with the engine off. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.
