I just changed the fuel filter to find that the fuel line just behind the engine is leaking fuel where the line meets the copper colored tube. I don't know what that connector is called or how to disconnect it but I was hoping to be able to replace it myself. Chevy Impala 2002. 3.4l engine here is a link to see image of where the fuel leak is: https://picasaweb.google.com/...#5663924842097656050

That seems to be a common issue on those. They have a kit where you can cut and add a new fitting onto the hose, but it is kind of expensive and not worth while if your only going to use it once. The other option is to replace the o rings inside the fitting. You'll need to pick out the o rings and match them up at your local parts store. The o rings have to be able to withstand the ethanol in the fuel. To disconnect it squeeze the two white tabs together and pull up on the fitting. Since we volunteer our time and knowledge, we ask for you to please follow up when a problem is resolved.
