2002 GMC Envoy Engine knock

Im thinking about buying a 2002 GMC Envoy w/ 28000 miles. The only thing that has me worried is the fact that there is a very faint engine knocking that seems to be audible only when idling. I took it by the mechanics that I normally go to to have them check it out, but they could not confirm what it is or isnt.
I did some google searching and found that other people have had the same issue, but nobody has ever had a definite answer on what the problem is.
Has anyone here ever owned or known about an Envoy with a similar issue?

I suspect it is wrist pin whitch is verry commen in vortex's 5.7 l ( when cold or idle ---use non organic oils and give plenty warm up time--will be fine----there are plenty T.S.B's on this issue.
