Hi- I have a 2002 Kia Rio and I was driving down the road the other day and it just quit. It would roll ever but not fire. Checked and it was not getting any fuel. We put a new fuel pump in it and it still would not start. I was told to check the fuel injector fuse because sometimes it can blow them when the pump goes out. Changed the fuse and it started. Let it run for a little while, shut it off, started it again a little later to move it and I backed it up and then went to pull ahead and it quit again. . Now it keeps on blowing fuses as soon as I turn the key. Any suggestions? Please help

Sounds like you have a short on that circuit. You are going to have to break out a wiring diagram & see what circuits that fuse feeds. Hook a 12v test light to the positive batt term & with the fuse out, touch the leg that feeds the circuit with the probe end. It will light up due to the short. Then just start isolating loads off the circuit until the light goes out. Thats the circuit with the fault. Either the load device is shorted or wiring going to it is shorted. If the device is fine you can start back tracking the harness. Wiggle it, if the light flickers or goes out..... you've found your short... HTH
