Which engine? Is this a Grand Caravan? So the starter doesn't crank the engine unless you bypass the starter relay? Does this have an aftermarket alarm system or remote start system installed? Since we volunteer our time and knowledge, we ask for you to please follow up when a problem is resolved.

You may need to get it into a shop that has a high end scan tool. There are two computer modules that are used as part of the starting system. The PCM, which is the powertrain control module, grounds the coil side of the relay to crank the engine and the IPM, which is the integrated power module, that controls what gets power in the vehicle. The IPM is like a power mode master. It supplies power to the coil side of the relay when it sees a start command. The PCM grounds the other side of the coil to energize the relay to close the contacts that completes the starter solenoid circuit. There may be trouble codes stored in either the PCM or the IPM that may help isolate the problem. Since we volunteer our time and knowledge, we ask for you to please follow up when a problem is resolved.

You know that the starter, battery, and cables are good. So it has to be some sort of control problem. When it comes to control problems on those you really need to be speaking to the computers to see what is going on and also to do some bidirectional tests. It is possible the stall and no crank could be related if there is a problem with the IPM. You want as much diagnostic data as you can get to help paint a picture of what is wrong, so you can find a solution. Let us know how it turns out. Since we volunteer our time and knowledge, we ask for you to please follow up when a problem is resolved.
