While driving my Pilot just shut off. All lights on dash came on and then the vehicle just came back on again. There was no warning, no jerking or shaking. Drove smoothly/normal the rest of the way home. Radio does reset itself asking for code a few times now. 140,000 miles on it.

The radio resetting to code is a hint that the vehicle is suffering a total power loss at least momentarily so you need to inspect all the power connections under the hood. That includes the battery cables and main lines into the fuse box. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.
