Engine size: 1.6 L
Mileage/Kilometers: around 111k miles/179K Kilometers
Symptoms:
Two weeks ago car wouldn’t crank over at a gas station (I had started and stopped it multiple times earlier that day and never had an issue in the past few years) the dashboard was giving me all sorts of faults from ABS to Traction, blind spot, glitching out, fuel was reading at zero even though I had gas in it. Got it towed to a shop and they tested the battery (good), ran an OBD and it gave ECM no communication fault. They discharged the power from the car and it started up again the next day - told me if it happened again it might need a new ECM.
Drove it for a week (stopping and starting multiple times with no issue). One day after work it wouldn’t start again randomly. Battery still tested good with multimeter, only a single click from starter solenoid. Jump started and drove fine on the way home. Checked all fuses and relays (starter relay fine), checked power drop from battery to cables, still randomly will not crank with a single click from starter. No more random electrical faults however.
Had the battery, starter, and alternator tested at auto zone - all good. It starts up with a single jump from a jump pack (as if it were just a low/dead battery). Woke up today and it started right up, started again on lunch, but at the end of day it wouldn’t start without jump. Thought maybe heat played an issue, but it sat out for a day or two here and there since then in the heat and had no problem - also just came from Texas. Battery consistently reads 12V and 14 when started.
Shops near me can’t take me in for a week, and I don’t wanna spend money on a new battery or ECM (and that whole process to pair it) without knowing more, as I have no idea how an ECM works in this process. Any ideas?

Ditto: Strongly points to the U-bolts at battery if just that it took jumping when it was doing it's tricks isn't the post of battery the cheap U-bolts. Bet they are touching now your call on approach may not find whole cables there are much better cable ends with much better parts that do self make the splice.
Search or see them almost anywhere that sells batteries.
Don't be mislead, there are temporary ones and permanent ones heavy gauge 10X what the car was made with,

Did exactly as you suggested. Car started up and kept on starting up with no issues for two days. Just now, I went to start it and it wouldn’t crank. Tested the battery - good. Cleaned the terminals and connectors again. Still nothing. Tried the jump pack multiples tries again - nothing. Disconnected battery and reconnected again, then jump - nothing.
Also during attempts to start weird things like the windshield wipers randomly moving up and down and dashboard/screen glitching.

That mens last time it was the terminal connections and this time it's something else.
Check all the other cable connections at the other end of the cables and any connections coming into the fuse box.
When this happens take notice of what else may not be working like dash lights and accessories.
