http://i247.photobucket.com/...raz/th_VIDEO_004.jpg Hello everyone I hope you are doing well today. I was looking for some help with mt 2004 GMC Envoy 6cyl. Here is what my car was doing/ still is doing. When I start it up in the morning it sounds like a jet engine outside getting ready to crash through my house. (Was told it was fan clutch but it still doest it sometimes) When you put into drive and start down street it "feels like it is holding back or not switchin gears" My two newest problems are... I was at a stop light and my truck was trying to GO!!, I panicked and put into neutral. I managed to get out of traffic and into a parkin lot..the truck dies twice before then. The video below is more for audio then visual. Myhand is resting on the tire. It was "revin" high then click click, vibration and fluttering alomost dead then cycle like that several time until finally it ouwld die out in park. I didnt driver for several day but had no other choice the other day and noticed that my Speedometer i readin wrong...said i was going 60 when i was going about 25 and when it is in park it is readin 20 mph. My truck has been down since october and a friends had been so kindly letting use her car..but i feel i have worn out my welcome and want to get her car back to her. Anything you all could think of would be great. I am tryin to find a mechanic now..the one who did the work is very busy right now! P.s From what I have read it may be throttle body needing cleaned, cam shaft or crank shaft sensor being bad? Thanks alot Everyone!! Shari Kay

I'm not real sure what type of help you are looking for. The descriptions really make it hard to pinpoint anything and it sounds like you aren't going to be the one doing the diag work. Normally you would start off with some basic tests, fuel pressure, check the secondary ignition, pull codes, etc. but then again who ever is going to do this for you is probably already aware of this.. But after they run their tests, if there is any specific questions or problems they run into, they would be more than welcome to make a post here about their finding and get some feedback. This site has a lot of good techs helping out..... Sorry I couldn't be of more help.......
