86 Prelude Starting Issue

My 86 prelude has a problem with starting. I recently put in a new starter and it went well for about a week then out of nowhere it just stopped starting... then a couple days later my dad started repeatedly turning the key and got it started. now everytime i need to go i have to do this. it is getting harder and harder to do so now i have school. What can the problem be?

same problem with my sir i replaced the primary coil in the distributor and the exiter.
