Ive had the fiero for over a year now and Jan of last year is when I started having major problems it takes about 3-4 times to turn over. fast forward 4 months it takes 4-9 times to turn over now I believe I have a flooded engine because the block is saturated with gas what are some of the common issues with that and what do I need to do? Roughly how much will all this cost?

These cars were terrible for getting engine issues when the rain got into the louvers on the back and drained into the engine bay. Take off your distributor cap and see if its wet inside and corroded. If below the rotor is corroded up from the damp then you'd likely need a new module too. Check the electrical plugs, the rubber seals that were used to keep them watertight don't last forever and you may be finding some pins growing green fur. Once all is good on that end find out where the fuel leak is. You may need to clean up the engine bay before starting this work just to have a good view of whats going on with it. And get a reading of your fuel pressure as well.
