What exactly do you mean by not starting?
Is the engine cranking and not turning over or is it not even cranking?
Below are the basic fundamentals that must be in order and in place for any vehicle with an internal combustion engine to start.

A fully charged battery
A battery capable of accepting a charge
A battery capable of delivering a charge
An operational starter
An operational ignition switch
An operational neutral safety switch
Fuel must reach all spark plugs?
Spark must reach all spark plugs?
Fuel must be present at the fuel rail?

With the key on and engine off do you here the fuel pump coming on?
Are the fuel injectors firing?
Is there an excessive exhaust back-pressure issue?
Is adequate and proper cylinder compression present in all cylinders?

There is more but for now post back the results of the above.

Redkeeri,

There is no starter relay. Ignore the clicking sounds coming from behind the dashboard or glove box. Those are just relays being initiated (via voltage), but those relays have nothing to do with the starting of your car. It sounds to me like you could have a defective starter. He's how you are going to check it.

Get a second person to sit behind the wheel and turn the key all the way foward to the full start position. The key must be held in this position. Now you check for voltage at the starter solenoid with a test light. If the light (DOES NOT) glow then post back and let us know. If it (DOES) light up then hit the starter and solenoid with a hammer a few times. if the car starts replace the starter, as it is defective.
