In my 93 dodge caravan when I turn on the ac it blows air out of the vents but it is not cold. When I turn on the heater it blows air out of the vents but not hot air. What can I do?

When you can't get either heat or cool the problem is probably the control head but impossible to say without some testing, T

The first place I would start is to let the engine get up to operating temp. Turn the heat setting to hot. Under the hood near the center to passenger side of vehicle you will see 2 hoses coming from the firewall. These are your heater core inlet and outlet hoses. Touch them one at a time. If they are hot, and they feel like they are equal in temperature, the heater core is not plugged up. If the temp. out of the ducts is cool, the problem is likely the blend door is hanging open. The door is located under the dash below the radio. If you look up from under the radio with a flashlight you will see a cable connected to an arm. disconnect the cable and try to move the arm back in forth, if it is hard to move spray with lubricant and work it back in forth until it's loose. Reconnect cable and retest.
