3.1 litre , 6 cyl. Ok, im not that auto savvy, but here is what i did, i had a rad leak, went and got one from junk yard, and put it in, not as easy as i thought either. anyway, after that i started it, took a couple key turns but then started. then it sat for a day, tried to start today and nothing, no click or anything. Its not the battery i tested it, 12.85 volts. I know the rad should have nothing to do with it, but what did i do? Also, about 6 months ago, new alternater and battery. Would it be the starter? is there a way to test it?? thanks.

I would start with the basics here. Take the battery terminals apart & clean them really good, both pos & neg & see if that makes a difference...

Well....another quick test you could do before have to bust out the meters would be to get a hammer & rap on the starter body while someone trys to crank it.... see if that will make any changes....
