The fuse for the stop lights keeps blowing. Other things noted. The third light has not worked in like forever. Seems the car gets dimmer once the fuse blows or just before it blows. one taillight seems brighter than the other....help!

You definately have a SEVERE short someewhere. It could be anywhere by the description of symptoms. I would go to a mechanic for this one and ask for a "CONTINUITY CHECK" on your wiring to your lights. They will plug a multi meter to each of your wires and find where the fault it. Usually I can pin-point these things but this is a big haystack and a tiny needle.
