Ok, this car has run rough forever. (It's not mine) Anyway, the cat converter has been replaced. It needs a major tune up but that's going to have to wait. Any suggestions on how to gimp the car along for a few weeks? Thanks.

Without you telling us a whole lot more about the vehicle; as in what the symptoms are and what you’ve done in an attempt to repair the vehicle; I’m going to suggest a bus pass.
Sorry to sound argumentative but there are so many things that can cause a vehicle to run poorly, it’s anyone’s guess?
