high idle when runing, no check engine light on, but got a code on OBDII scan tool of P0507. any one have an idea ?

You need a scanner with bidirectional control, so you can command the idle air control valve to see if it makes any change. If there is no change, then you need to use an IAC noid light and see if the commands are reaching the IAC motor. The light should cycle red and green when you command idle control with your scanner. If the LEDs flash, then check for any vacuum leaks, binding accelerator cable, or sticking throttle valve. Don't mess with the idle stop screw. If all that is good replace the IAC motor. When you go to replace the IAC it is also a good idea to clean the IAC bore out in the throttle body too.
