I need some advice on what I should do with my uncles truck. He was pulling a trailer when all of a sudden the water pump broke and it overheated soon after. Replaced the water pump and filled the radiator back up and come to find out the water is going directly into oil pan. I assumed there is a crack someplaace. Now this truck is in good cosmetic condition, good interior and starts right up. What are some ideas on what I should look for or to do with it??

Oh Damn! That would suggest head gasket or intake manifold problems or cracks in either. Sorry but NOT a good sign. Lower end of Chev V8s are tough but the top isn't like the real old ones. Hope it's not as bad as I think it might be, - T
