99 Yukon 5.7 liter hesitates 138,000

Yukon runs great. New plugs,wires,fuel filter with clean throttle body,good vacuum and pvc valve. Full fluid levels.
Hesitates on highway. Worse under load and uphill. Otherwise does fine. Locked up rear end replaced last year.
RPM stable when hesitating.

Check engine light on? If so, what code(s) is stored?

Have you actually had it scanned or are you assuming that because the light didn't come on?

The shop did not scan it since check engine light was not on.
