Do rear wheel drive vehicles usually have a small amount of toe-in at the front wheels?

The front wheels should have a slight amount of toe in...because at higher speeds the tires will move, be forced, outward for lack of a better explanation.
Yes..if they were set even,at higher speeds they would flair out and it would "fight"it self going down the road.

I hope that makes sense to you..it does to me but I'm old...
