My rear window won't lock and will lock only when fuse is removed, it's really getting annoying.

Sounds like one of the release buttons is triggered on all the time.

What window are you talking about? I though we were talking about a hatch window like on a Blazer but this is an Astro. What fuse are you talking about?

I couldn't find anything on an Astro with one of those. go to the switch that pops it open and unplug it to see if that lets it lock.

the key inserted into the button
when you push the button with key the latchs open and allow you to open the window
