Battery won't recharge Sign In

I own a 1989 Ford bronco II V6 engine. Recently the battery gauge has been going lower and lower closer to eight volts and occasionally when turned on the charge goes up again to the middle of the gauge. I've tightened the altenator belt, no help, got the alternator tested, it was good, and got the battery tested, that was also good. The only other thing i have noticed is the battery clamps are corroded. could it be it's enough to start the car but not enough to complete the circuit to charge the battery?

?? Clean up all the battery cable ends - all ends! At least rule that out.

Charge this battery with a separate charger. It's possible that a bad battery is causing issues by itself,
