Brake & ABS Light on

Just recently on a 2001 Ford E350 Superduty Van with the 5.4 L engine in it, the Brake light came on. The ABS light is also on, but it's been on for a while now. The Brake light is new though, and I'm just wondering what any diagnostic procedure would be for checking things out on it. I've already checked the brake fluid level and it's normal. The parking brake is never used on the van so i don't believe that would be causing the light to stay stuck on.
It does feel as if one of the brakes is sticking a little when you release it, I live on a hill and when i put it into neutural and let my foot off the brakes it almost feels like it creeps forward a little as if your slowly releasing the brake pedal before it starts to roll pretty smoothly.
What would you recommend for checking to see if one of the calipers is sticking a little? And what other things would you look for to be the cause of this issue?

Of course you need to inspect the brakes. You won't find the answer here without physically inspecting the whole brake system.

Yeah I figured that, I'm going to be getting it in the air on sunday so I'll be able to take a lot more of a detailed look, for any kind of leaks or to see if one of the calipers seems to be sticking at all.
I was just looking for some tips on how a professional would approach this situation. I've never really had to deal with a brake light being stuck on before, and was just looking for some tips like what all could cause the light to come on, or if this might be a common problem on these vans or something?

Everything starts with a thorough inspection to all four wheels. On the front, look for any wet spots on the caliper, uneven pad wear and rotor drag after applying the brakes. If it has rear drum, pull the drums and inspect the shoes and hardware. Pull back the dust caps on the wheel cylinder and look for any goop or wetness inside the cups. Follow the brake lines all the way forward looking for any wet stains. Look at the booster where the master meets it for any wet stains.

alright, just got a chance to give it a good look at. There were no signs of fluid leaking (reservoir was still full, no wetness on the lines, hoses, fittings) There were no bubbles or anything in the hoses that might indicate the hose cracked internally. The calipers and wheel cylinders didn't show any signs of fluid leaking either.
I had someone press down on the brakes and went to each wheel and tried to spin it just after it was released, and it didn't seem like any of them were sticking or anything either.
Do you have any other suggestions as to what I could check out?

It sounds like you need a professional to inspect and diagnose it.

Go have the ABS module read for any codes. You will probably have to go to a shop as the parts house scanners will not read the ABS module. That would be a place to go next.

Alright just borrowed a reader off of my buddy and pulled the codes on the ABS module
Here's what it came up with:
C1145: RIGHT SPEED SENSOR INPUT CIRCUIT MALFUNCTION
C1095: HYDRAULIC PUMP MOTOR CIRCUIT MALFUNCTION
What do you think the problem would be or which code should I try to fix first. (I'm not sure if its like OBDII where one code can cause the other to appear)

They are pretty self explanatory. There is a problem with the signal coming from the RF speed sensor that could be the sensor, the tone rine or the related wiring.
The other one is just what it says, a problem with the pump circuit that needs to be determined.

Just a note to add there is a recall on those vechicals for leaking break switch on master. it's for cruise control, but may be equipped even if you don't have cruise.
