CREAMY SUBSTANCE ON OIL CAP/LOOSING COOLANT

Hey guys!
Hope somebody can shed some light on this for me...
2 years ago I had the head gasket on my car done (Vauxhall Corse 1.2 SXI 2002) but a month ago I noticed I was losing coolant, which I was topping up almost every day! I checked the oil cap and there was the same 'mayo' creamy substance on the oil cap and the inside of the rocker cover.
I took it to a garage and had a pressure test done on it (to check for leaks) and that should the pressure was ok.
took the oil filter off and the oil was contaminated with water!
So... I had the head gasket done again!
Now 2 weeks on I have started to lose coolant very quickly and on checking the oil cap the 'mayo' creamy stuff is back! the dip stick is clear but the heater in my car only warm once I’ve got up to temp, not hot as it used to be!
is it likely the head has gone again this quick??? and if not what else could be causing the water to mix with the oil???

We don't have that vehicle here in the states, so we don't know how the coolant system is configured.
If the engine has an oil cooler that coolant circulates through to cool the engine oil, a leak in the cooler can cause coolant to get into the oil.
When they pulled the cylinder head off, did they have it sent out to a machine shop and checked for cracks?
