Hello. I have Mercedes Benz W213 2017 (E220) 140 000km In last 8000km, I changed brake rotors twice because of shaking. Now the new set started shaking between 60-70kmh after just 2500km. I put the front right wheel down and I have broken ring of wheel spacer. I put Zimmermann rotors on front second time, and first time ATE. Both of them started shaking at approximately same mileage after replacement. Could that wheel spacer be the problem or should I look for something else?

Pulsating when braking is always a rotor problem. Now, this problem could have been caused by another issue like the rotor not seating properly or a caliper sticking and causing the rotor to overheat which will lead to warping of the rotor. Another cause is just aggressive driving and hitting a puddle with hot brakes. Just make sure you are blaming the correct wheel. If it's 4 wheel disc the problem can be any of the 4 and hard to isolate which one it is. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.
