Car stops randomly

While i'm driving My 2000 Grand Cherokee limited Jeep it will stop randomly. It wont start back up until the gages move. It loses all power, it will turn over but it wont start. I have to wait 15 minutes to 45 minutes before car starts.
I have replaced the alternator, battery, battery cables. Please help.
