Cooling System Problems - Need Help ASAP Sign In

Need help figuring out why my '93 Chevy Cavalier Coolant System keeps draining completely. I've just recently rplaced my water pump and all hoses. But after driving today all of the fluid drained from the system from what appears to be an overflow hose in the back of the enigine compartment. I cannot find any thing at all about this hose in My Haynes manual. I thought it might be a thermostat problem and relpaced that, but it did no good.
Any body out there have any ideas.

What does the overflow hose you mentioned come from?

There's an L-Shaped hose which appears to be coming from the lower rear portion of the engine compartment, Just to the left (Passenger side) of center.

If the L-shaped hose comes out of the firewall, your heater core is leaking.
