Dead turn signals

I have a '94 F150. I have lost my turn signals L/R. Checked all fuses. Checked bulbs. All are good. The flashers work fine, too. I dropped the column shroud, nothing seems amiss. I wd40'd the stalk contacts and still nothing. I am original owner, truck clocks in at 185K mi. and overall still runs good. I'm stumped! Is it possible that the stalk w/ contacts would have to be replaced? Any ideas are appreciated. Thanks Tom H

My question really is do they go bright like they should but just not blink? If so that's almost always just a flasher and there may be one for directionals and another one for the 4-way hazzards - don't know if those are using the same one or not, T

Well, you got it . I was under the impression that the flasher was strictly for the emergency lights. I ran up to the parts store and popped a new one in and now am good to go. Nice to have a $3 fix once in awhile. Thanks again. Tom H

I have been having the same issue with my 92 Regal Custom. (3800, v6, 34,200 miles.) The difference is, I have replaced the flasher, and still nothing works. My hazards are working, and I have checked all fuses and bulbs, and even replaced the turn signal switch. No one has given me help beyond this, I want to be able to fix this myself instead of paying the $85/ hour just to find out that I could have very well just bought parts and did it myself. After I replaced the turn signal switch, my multifuntional started acting weird on me too. I lost cruise ( a huge problem for me) and my brights will not shut off. Any help on finding the next step would be greatly appreciated.
