is it possible? i have a toyota corolla, and my front left brake pads are SHOT... i cant drive over to the auto mechanic without taking off the grinding pads...
is there a way to stop the left front brakes from working, get new pads, then put them on and turn the brakes back on.

Yes there could be a way but it's nuts!!!! I really suggest getting the car towed in save the risk of an accident. Expect a major front brake job and it's worth it! T
