Sounds like that engine definitely has some unknown internal issues. It's about impossible to pinpoint any sort of diagnosis from a youtube video. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.

I've figured it out. I have an intake manifold gasket leak. I'm assuming oil and coolant got mixed together and that noise I here is internal for sure.

So coolant mixed with oil? That will cause bearing issues which lead to rod knock and spun bearings. Since we volunteer our time and knowledge, we ask for you to please follow up when a problem is resolved.
