Engine runs rough Sign In

2002 Ford F-250 6.7 L V10 139,000 miles. Truck has been used on average 10 miles every 2 weeks. Most of the time it is just parked. After the Chicago blizzard I tried to start it but the battery was dead. I used my Battery Charger and now it starts with no problem. It Idles Ok, but when I shift to Drive it runs rough and when I accelerate it feels like it looses power. Please advise. Thank you.

You sound like you're describing as misfire and if so, it should be caught by the computer and set a code to identify which cylinder. You might want to have the codes read anyway.

Re: Engine runs rough Sign In

I will take the truck to the Auto Parts Store and have the reading done. Later today I will get back with you. Thank you.
