Hey, Have a 2003 Mitsubishi Lancer OZ rally with a 2.0L 4 cylinder automatic. 149,000 miles. My car had been having some loud noise in last couple months and so i finally got it checked out,a shop said it was idylling rougher then usual and said probably engine mounts needed replaced. So I got 3 new motor mounts installed last week, and the mechanic who did it said it took away 90% of the rough idyling. It was around 55F degrees that day.I got in and started the car and the noise reduction was noticeable. Well last week or so the weather has changed dramatically, and its been in the 20s and teens and such. I warm my car up least 10 minutes before I go anywhere. Well when i am driving and come to a redlight or stop sign, and am sitting still, seems to be a little bit more of a vibrate then usual. The vibrate isnt a violent one though. Could it be because of new motor mounts,or is it the cold? Maybe i am being paraonoid,i dont know, but i have spent $900 last month or so on new tie rods and engine mounts and such, and so obviously every little sound or whatever is going to annoy and worry me. Checked oil,its good. Got a tune up and new spark plugs last november. Thank you
