It's really hard to tell, but it looks like some of those scratches have gone all the way thru the paint....If that is the case it would have to be repainted. There is no real DIY way to make it looked like it never happened. You can put touch up paint on it and that would actually be good if it has gone all the way thru, you don't want it to rust but the end result would look obvious....
You can get some good rubbing compound and see if some of it will buff out and look better, finish up with a couple of coats of good wax....
What's in the bag?.....Lunch?.......Chinese food?

Thank Sidom for your response. Yeah, some of the scratch seems like it has gone pass the paint. I will try to take it to a body shop to see how much it will cost. If it's < $200 I don't mind. But if they say more I will try to fix it myself.
So I am looking for what are the ways I can do it manually? I have heard of using sandpaper, primer, touch up paint, dry ice, etc etc. But I am not sure what applies for my case.
... Btw, you got it... it was my lunch :D

To repaint that area and get it to blend where it looks good will take some skill & expertise, way beyond me. That is probably be one of the more difficult things to do in the body & paint world. Plus matching the paint, paint fades so you have to consider that as well and account for it.....
If I was to try that I would 1st buff it out with rubbing compound to see what I could get out. The deep scratches I would probably use touch up paint with the bush it comes with. After it had dried completely I would go over it again with compound to get it to blend a little better....
If you decide to go the route of paint with a little brush. Try and get a surface close to what you will be painting, put some scratches on it & practice a bit to see what works good & what doesn't....
If you find a better method that turns out good, come back and make a post in the paint section with some before & after pictures.... Maybe you'll help someone else out down the road.....

Look at it this way .If you screw up the touch up job you were going to pay to get it fixed anyway? So why not throw a few bucks at it. If the scratches are deep enough to catch a fingernail buy some "spot putty" comes is a tube at any parts house. Also get a small plastic speader.Fill in scratches in several light coats . Gently hand sand down smooth with 1200 grit paper, feathering out about a inch out. when done run a little water over it and while wet look for smoothness. Get a spray can of Duplicolor paint in your shade ,most parts houses have it . Practice a few times feathering out the edges ,an old cookie sheet works well......when dry buff out with polishing compound . LOOKS like a preschool art project ? NOW TAKE TO MACCO... KNOWING YOU TRIED.
