Hi, I have a 2009 Ford Fiesta 1.4 tdci and every now and then the car goes into limp mode where the car will not go over 30mph and a warning comes up with a cog on the dash board and says engine malfunction. It has been on the diagnostic machine and keeps saying Cylinder 2 injector open circuit or shortage. We have changed the injector 2 but it is still happening and has started to happen more often. Please help, thank you you for your time in advance.

That vehicle isn't sold here in the states, so don't have access to service information. Usually a circuit code means there is a wiring, connector, or control module driver issue. Do a really good visual inspection of the harness and connector. You will probably need to test the injector's circuit to be sure it has power and command. You may need a diagram, multi-meter, and possibly an oscilloscope to test the circuit out. Since we volunteer our time and knowledge, we ask for you to please follow up when a problem is resolved.
