Front wheel noise (Video included)

Hi Anyone got any ideas what is going on here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EFWYSWRSPn4 Ive had this issue for a year and a half, been through 6 different mechanics. Have changed the wheel bearing, CV joint and most recently the pads. Also tried swopping disc/rotor with a known good one and noise was still there. After each time the wheel was worked on, the noise would be gone for a day or 3, but then slowly it would return. Now eventually I have resorted to taping my phone to the inside of the wheel arch so that I can get some good video to post online, hopefully someone can give me some ideas. Thanks in advance.

Congrats on that video. Wheel seem clearly bent and tire doesn't set on it properly in my view of that. Odd bird chirp no matter what. Put spare (if good with proper pressure for sure) on and bet it goes away. Sometimes what can bend a wheel can also crack it and who knows what noise that could make? T

Might be nice to know the year, make, model, and engine size. You sure they did the hub bearing and axle on that? I can see grease on the axle boot. Since we volunteer our time and knowledge, we ask for you to please follow up when a problem is resolved.

Its a 2006 Ford Fiesta ST150... CV joint was replaced about 8 months ago and bearing about 3 months ago.

Looked at video again. That rim and tire just don't align even with the rotor badly in my view which is why I suggest you try the spare. Tone of chirp is right along with what I see as a warped rim and or tires don't fit rims also? That or if rotated didn't change noise both are messed up but it looks awful to me. They can be measured for run out on car or off but my bet is on bad wheels and or tires if not all, part of the noise or a cause, T (edit) Tire itself when stopped appeared beyond useful tread life also)
