Fuel pump on my 99 S-10 HELP!!!!

I changed the fuel pump out and had to slice some wires to change one of the heads. i finished the install and now nothing is working. I primed the truck several times and the fuel doesn't seem to be getting to the engine. my step father thinks that it may have to do with the electrical part. HELP!!!

Need more information
S-10 pickup or blazer?
Which engine?
Which wires did you slice and why was the head removed? Did you check your fuel pressure using a fuel pressure gauge?
