HELP ME Plz--Isuzu CEL Flashing, Slight shake

 I have a 2006 Isuzu Ascender. About 3 months ago, CEL flashed then stayed on & I had it read-cylinder 5 misfire. I have replaced the battery, gotten new plugs put on, & replaced the coil in cylinder 5. Now the light flashes, but doesn't stay on and I feel it slightly shaking when slowing down. No other symptoms but I can't figure out what's wrong. Mechanic cant read the CEL b/c it wont stay on, only flashes. 72,000miles I am a single woman-know nothing about vehicles but know somethings not right & want it fixed before something major happens. Any help is greatly appreciated =)

Well if the MIL is flashing you have a misfire you need to pull a code and see what cylinder(s) are miss firing.. if it's only one then i would figure out which one miss firing might be a defective plug or coil..
This is where you need a code puller to diag it more..
example:
read codes say if it's #4 misfire for example, then i would swap #4 and #3 plug clear codes start up wait for MIL to come on / flash again and see if it moved to #3.. if it doesn't try swapping coils and repeating.
