1997 Nissan Maxima 200k miles I'll turn the ignition and nothing will happen. Lights and bells will come on, but won't turn over...there is no sound..no clicking..nothing...I'll do this 2 or 3 times, then it will start right up with no problem. Had a starter replaced a year and a half ago. I have no other electrical, starting, accessory problems, although when I take it to an oil change place, they check the voltage of the batter and it is low. Please let me know if you need more info. Thank you.

Guesses: Intermittently bad battery which would be rare. Bad cables or connections. Charging system may not be up to par so all this stuff needs to be checked, T
