Leaking washer fluid

To anyone who may be able to help, I recently purchased a toyota prius, and shortly afterwards I discovered a small fault. the window washer tank or line is leaking quite badly. when I put washer fluid in, it visibly drains away. it seems to be dripping out of the top of the passenger side wheel arch and running off from there. additionally, when I activate the rear sprayer, the fluid leaks considerably faster, making me believe the leak is somewhere in the line going to the rear of the car. however, accessing it seems to be quite the job, does anyone have any tips?

Unless you can actually see where the source of leak is with mirror or whatever you probably will have to take the tank out, inspect hose or replace it and or both it and the whole tank. Depending with plastic tanks for assorted fixes some I've fixed with clear silicone ADHESIVE/SEALANT. Some in spot or where things fasten that nothing but new is going to last. Plain suggest you need to see it and get at it probably take the thing out whatever PITA it is to do so. IDK - some down and out, thru wheel wells or whatever works to access for removal or repair which isn't certain till you know exactly what and why, T

You are welcome and good luck. Add that I speak of Permatex (the brand I know) clear Silicone Adhesive Sealant. Availble in other colors but would use clear. If tank is split just wrong that isn't going to work at all or well if the tank at all - that's what you need to find out, T
